Martin is an accomplished urban planner and designer and a key member of our team. He works closely with our principals and collaborators from initial diagramming and design concepts, through conceptual planning and design, preparing illustrations and presentations, and producing documents of all types.
Since graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a professional architecture degree, Martin was an architectural and urban designer with DPZ CoDesign. He contributed to the planning and design of projects of all types, including mixed-income communities with sprawl repair components, brown field resort communities, and building type studies including a range of manufactured affordable housing. Through his study and contribution to the design and development of sustainable communities throughout the US and abroad, Martin has developed a detailed understanding of the economic, environmental, and social challenges of the 21st Century, supporting our continuous search for new solutions that help communities respond and adapt to these challenges.
